Good To Great?

"#1 Bestseller, Two Millions Copies Sold" read the front cover, but this book has been on my table for more than a month now.  Is Good To Great really good? This is a management book and I cant seem to start reading it.  Hmm, is it a sign that I am in a wrong career? Oh well, I will let you know once I have started reading and finished reading my first management book.
