There are some really, realy good books that after reading them, your faith in humanity is restored.  This is one such book.  I love it and I am going to make sure that my kids will read it.  I know that I will become a better person, a better parent, a better individual because I read it. Its really a wonderful story, and you will be able to relate to it, no matter how old or young you are.

Read this book please.

Dan Brown's Inferno

You know what, it took me more than a week to read this book.   I didn't up stay up all night to finish it.  I had a Star Wars movie marathon on the same weekend that I had this book. And I have never felt the urge to Google any images, like I did in his previous books.  To sum it all up, I think he used the same formula that he used in Da Vinci code: telling us more about art and history, that the story itself.  For me, the story became the backdrop, instead of the other way around.  Anyway, I also did not like the ending because it was so unbelievable that they were all actually working together for the same goal, but it appears all the while that they were trying to thwart each other.  And I am from Manila, and I actually take no offense in his saying it as the gates of hell because it is true in some places here, the same way it is probably true in other densely populated metropolis in the world.  Anyway, I am just glad that I finished reading book, one less thing to get over and done with.
